Hello my name is Stone Nwamadi! I am a senior at the University of Texas at Austin studying Public Health with a minor in Business. I have been working with FloDisMod since 2024 and have presented works on “Natural Solutions to Flooding in the Lower Rio Grande Valley” under Dr. Kathrine Brown. I am currently working on a project as an intern at Austin Public Health to optimize mosquito surveillance and West Nile Virus disease vector prediction. I plan to attend Texas A&M School of Dentistry in August 2026.
