Calendar Survey
Conference ·At the 2025 STEM Research Conference, our team collaboratively designed and drafted a calendar survey—now published in Qualtrics and under faculty review—to evaluate the effectiveness of our community engagement tools.
During the 2025 STEM Research Conference, we held a brainstorming session to design the calendar survey. Participants included Maria Rebeca Santos Chavez, Samantha Chavero, Stephanie Hernandez, and Alvaro Silvestre. Each person proposed five potential questions, and together we defined the survey’s direction and purpose.
The first draft of the calendar survey was published using Qualtrics. It is currently under review by Dr. Katherine Brown, Dr. Oraby, and other collaborators. This marks an important step in evaluating the effectiveness of our community engagement tools.
